*<조언> : 국내, 또는 국제간 통신수단은, 편지(Postage), 전신(Telegraph), 텔렉스(Telex), 그리고 홱스(Facimile/Fax)시대를 거처, 정보의 보고인 국제 컴퓨터통신망 인터넷(Internet)을 통하여 전자메일(e-mail)초고속 시대에 이르렀다. 이-메일은, 가급적 간략하게 쓰고 사진이나 문서설계도 등을 첨부할 수가 있어 편리한 수단이지만 국제적인 통신문의 기본매너는 갖추어야 한다.
